Keri completed her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Pacific University (2002) and has been working with individuals with special needs for over 20 years within a variety of environments (schools, home, clinic, recreational programs, and community-based programs). As an occupational therapist, she continues to further explore her passion for supporting individuals and their families in finding greater independence, active participation in everyday life, and exploring what is truly meaningful and motivating. Keri’s background and training offers a variety of experience including sensory integration, integrated play groups/inclusion, and DIR-Floortime. Some of her passions are traveling, hiking, camping, running, yoga, stand-up paddle boarding and spending time with her husband Jim and their dog Thomas.

Caitlin (McConnell) Bardellini, MSOT, OTR/L

Registered/Licensed Occupational Therapist

Caitlin began her occupational therapy career at PTC in 2017 after graduating with her MSOT from Tufts University and moving back to her hometown of Santa Cruz. Caitlin’s favorite aspect of pediatric OT is the play-based, child-directed approach that supports children in exploring their creativity and motivation while building confidence and independence. She has additional training in sensory integration, social learning, and trauma-informed therapy. Caitlin also works at Natividad Medical Center on the Mental Health Unit and is passionate about supporting mental health and wellness across the lifespan. Outside of work, Caitlin loves traveling, singing, and spending time with her husband, Brendan, and their two dogs, Cash and Moshi.
